Your photography should be one less thing your event team has to worry about.
Plan.
After your inquiry, we'll schedule a call to learn about your event, schedule, priorities, deliverables and photography needs. You'll receive a custom proposal based on the coverage that's right for your event.
Book + Prepare.
Your date is reserved with a signed agreement and 50% payment. The remaining balance is due two weeks before your event. As the event approaches, we'll finalize schedules, key moments, contacts and logistics with your team.
Cover.
We arrive prepared and work within the flow of your event— covering the people, speakers, details, connections and moments your organization needs while adapting as schedules and priorities change.
Deliver.
Your professionally edited images are delivered through an easy-to-access online gallery within 3–5 business days after your event, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Yes. We are based in the Midwest and available for events nationwide. Travel and lodging are included when applicable and will be clearly outlined in your proposal.
Yes. Monica Brazier Photography is fully insured, and proof of insurance can be provided upon request.
Your professionally edited images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after your event, unless another turnaround has been arranged in advance.
Yes. Coverage can scale from one photographer to a multi-photographer team depending on your event schedule, size and coverage needs.
